Monolevel RM - Rendering and profiling of concrete to provide a fair-faced render finish

Flexcrete's Monolevel RM is for the rendering and profiling of in situ and precast concrete in vertical, horizontal and overhead surfaces. It can also be applied by wet spray techniques.

Monolevel RM is a single component, thixotropic, fibre reinforced, polymer modified, cementitious mortar which cures rapidly to produce a high performance, fair-faced render with enhanced polymeric properties. The product is supplied as a single component system ready for on-site mixing and use, requiring only the addition of clean water.

Advantages of Monolevel RM

Simple: Materials are pre-packaged and only require mixing with clean water on-site.
Compatible: Physical properties of cured materials similar to base concrete.
Thixotropic: Allows easy trowel or spray application whilst enabling high application thicknesses in vertical, horizontal and overhead situations.
Low shrinkage: Maintains high bond strength to substrate and ensures monolithic performance of the repair.
Fibre reinforced: Improved tensile and impact strength. Excellent low sag properties.
Low permeability: Dense matrix provides excellent protection from the ingress of acid gases, moisture and chlorides.
Bond strength: Superior to the tensile strength of concrete.
Compliant: Cements used are quality assured, complying with BS 12.
Cost effective: Economical polymer modified, fibre reinforced, cementitious mortar. Part bags can be mixed.
Overcoating: Easily overcoated with specialist membranes to provide further protection and aesthetic quality.
