Flexcrete's Cemprotec
Waterproof Coating is a two component polymer modified
cementitious slurry coating for waterproofing concrete and masonry,
particularly from water ingress in basements, cellars and other
below ground structures. It is also used for temporary waterproofing
in new construction to protect from water ingress prior to
weatherproofing of the structure.

Materials
are pre-packaged and only require mixing on site to give a
slurry, which can be easily applied by brush, squeegee or spray.

Economic
formulation produces 14.5 litres of slurry from a 27.5kg bag, which
is sufficient to treat 7.25mē at 2mm thickness.

Totally
waterproof and will also resist negative water pressure.
Also gives enhanced resistance to carbonation.

Polymer modified
to give excellent adhesion, flexibility and abrasion resistance.
Will readily accept flooring and other decorative finishes.

Environmentally
friendly, water based product which is non-toxic when cured and will
not leach harmful chemicals.
